William “Bud” V. Roth III was recognized for his 3 years of service as ISSA Nova President. Bud was presented a gift and recognition of his service that states , “In great appreciation of your outstanding leadership and guidance as President of the ISSA-NOVA Chapter from January 2019 – December 2021.” Bud guided the chapter through the difficult COVID-19 pandemic and established remote online meetings during this difficult period. He stated, “My job at Ft. Meade has taken me away from the Northern Virginia cyber community, so it was great to come back to see everyone. The importance of networking with like-minded people in the cyber community cannot be understated and I’m glad to see ISSA-Nova is still helping people build a network!”
