Nicole Gray, CISO at Venable, LLC has over 20 years of cybersecurity, technical, and project management experience. She has been entrusted to ignite the vision for her prior prior CTO’s comprehensive Technology Strategic Plan, including leading plan execution for this market leader in healthcare analytics with the largest healthcare data set in the country. Fashioned and managed a Technology Project Management Office, including administering a large technology budget and directing staff of 40+ technology professionals managing operations security, data security, network security, physical security and application security for Inovalon. Established and administered all Privacy, Security and Risk Management Programs for the company. Orchestrated overall Technology Spend Reduction Plan, Audit & Compliance Program and Program Management Governance Process, and built from the ground floor a World-Class Security Program impacting 2,500 personnel. Led development of 5 strategic initiatives driving innovative idea generation and competitive positioning in the marketplace.

Hanna Sicker

Hanna Sicker has over 25 years of technical and management experience, including 10 years in information security operations. As a SOC/NOC manager, Sicker oversees a team of SOC analysts and NOC Engineers who provide support to all StubHub sites. Possessing expertise across a broad range of security technologies, Sicker has extensive experience in site operations, incident response management, predictive risk analysis, SIEM, network access control, network performance, security monitoring and anti-malware. She holds CISM and CISSP certifications with a degree in Computer Science.
