Save a date on your calendar for the 2022 Mid-Atlantic Summits (3/23, 5/17, 9/15). The NOVA, Central Maryland, and DC Chapters will host events this year. The Central Maryland will host the summit on Wednesday 3/23 at 6 p.m. with Walmart Information Security’s Chief Security Architect Ira Winkler presenting Human Security Engineering. The DC Chapter will host the summit on Tuesday 5/17 at 6 p.m. with Mark Rasch Of Counsel, Kohrman Jackson & Krantz LLP, presenting the topic: You’ve Been Hit by Ransomware, Now What? The NOVA Chapter will host the summit on Thursday 9/15 at 6 p.m. with Dr. Ron Ross Fellow National Institute of Standards and Technology, presenting the topic: Automation with controls and NIST 800-171 and 800-53.
